Origin & Foundation
Founded by senior audit executives with extensive backgrounds in multinational Big Four firms. The vision was clear: to create an agile, senior-led Brazilian independent audit firm that combined rigorous international standards with direct partner involvement in every engagement.
Corporate Registration & CVM Accreditation
Formal incorporation on October 16, 2009, obtaining regulatory registrations before the Federal Accounting Council (CFC) and the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) for auditing public and private entities.
Strategic National Unification
Consolidation with four national audit and corporate advisory firms, expanding regional coverage in São Paulo, Santo André, Campinas, and Ribeirão Preto, creating an integrated multidisciplinary powerhouse.
Membership in TGS Global Network
In December 2020, the firm officially became the Brazilian representative of TGS Global — an elite international network ranked among the Top 20 globally by the International Accounting Bulletin (IAB), present in 57 countries with over 4,000 professionals worldwide.
